Qualifications:

 

MKT-641-01 (Formerly 805), Business Communication for Data Analytics

 

In-Person Saturdays: 7/13 - 8/10, 1:30pm - 5:30pm. Course taught in the first half of the Summer Quarter Term.

 

Moraga campus.

 

In this course students will learn how to construct arguments using quantitative data for a variety of audiences. It provides essential concepts in the formal study of argument theory, including enthymemes and syllogisms, audience analysis, and organization. Topics include: how to analyze various audiences’ needs, write about data for various audiences, defend their data using formal arguments, write clearly and concisely and construct an argument.

 

Qualifications:

 

Candidates must have a Master's or Ph.D. preferred in a relevant area of Business Communication discipline.

 

Candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the undergraduate level and experience/familiarity with online/hybrid instruction in order to prepare for contingencies. This position requires all course work to be performed in the state of California. Candidates must perform all course-related work within the state of California.
