North Carolina Wesleyan University seeks a motivated individual to serve as the Director of Residence Life.  The Director of Residence Life is a full-time position which works collaboratively as a member of the Student Affairs team to create a campus environment conducive to living and learning aligned with the mission and values of the college. A campus dining plan is provided with live-on option for housing available.

Responsibilities include oversight/supervision of residence life program and housing operations, program assessment, policy development, and budget management. Qualifications include Master’s degree in college student personnel, higher education administration, or related field; minimum 5 years full-time, post-graduate residence life experience; and evidence of progressive responsibility in a residence life program.
