Technology Coordinator

The Technology Coordinator will assist various offices (Campus Housing and
Community Living, Activities, Orientation, Fraternity and Sorority Life) that support student life with day to
day functions, implementation, training, and oversight of technologies and software that support these areas.
Specific duties are expected to include, but are not limited to, managing and providing support for existing
student life technology (Slate, Banner, eRezlife, etc.), collaboration with campus departments to ensure systems
and software meet the needs to further engage and retain students, and the identification of opportunities for
process improvement and automation to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Assisting with the updating of
webpages for connected departments, coordinating and providing training on software, and providing oversight
of public facing technology found in the residence halls and the Angell College Center (e.g. computers, Auto-
Systems, projectors, gaming consoles, etc.) is also included. Our various offices are closely aligned and focused
on creating an environment where students can have fun, learn and grow together, and develop a strong sense of
community. We are part of the Enrollment and Student Success division which supports a student’s entire
collegiate experience from the point of admission through to graduation. We partner with students, faculty and
staff to provide a network of opportunities and services that lead to student success. Collectively, the division of
Enrollment and Student Success positively influences the health, safety and well-being of the student body. As
