Qualifications:
Attitudes and Attitude Change will examine the nature and structure of attitudes as well as the forces involved in attitude change. Applied topics such as stereotypes, group influence, marketing, and job interviews will be examined.
This course meets in person on the Moraga campus on Monday and Wednesday from 10:40 - 11:55 am during the 2025 Fall Term.
In addition to teaching, the instructor is expected to hold regular virtual office hours (a minimum of one hour per week) in order to provide students with support outside of the classroom.
Candidates must have an M.S., M.A. or Ph.D. in the relevant area of Psychology. A Ph.D. in Psychology is highly desirable. Candidates should have a successful record of teaching experience at the undergraduate level. Preference will be given to those who have previously taught the lecture or PSYCH 169.
Candidates must reside in California.
The salary range for this position is $7,449 - $10,308 (3 units) and is covered by the Collective Bargaining Agreement between the College and SEIU, Local 1021, available https://drive.google.com/file/d/1iMq54hZVvyJovI2FtEnCVQKpNqW7J8ed/view?usp=sharing.
