Primary Responsibilities

  • Process outgoing official transcript requests
  • Process grade change requests
  • Process permanent record updates (address, name change, citizenship, social security number)
  • Process billing for transcript requests
  • Review and data entry of transcript information – domestic, military, and international
  • Review and updating of transfer equivalency tables
  • Assist with correspondence related to domestic, military, and international transcript processing
  • Assists customers with inquiries through a comprehensive understanding of Registrar’s Office and University processes and procedures
  • Provide administrative support as needed to Assistant Registrar for Transfer Articulation 

Required Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and Access
  • Demonstrated ability to learn different and new technologies
  • Experience using email programs
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Demonstrated ability to handle difficult interactions with diplomacy, tact, and in a confidential manner
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal, and telephone etiquette)
  • Work history that emphasizes an understanding of customer service and reflects an ability to work with a high volume of telephone and customer contacts
  • Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks with frequent interruptions
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize information to make independent decisions with minimal supervision
  • Ability to interact effectively with faculty, staff, students, and the public
