Plattsburgh, NY United StatesThis position will be responsible for phone, email, virtual and in-person financial advising; aid
program management; financial transactions; and promoting cost and aid awareness through on campus presentations and student facing events. Student Financial Services (SFS) provides accessible, accurate, and responsive financial aid and student account services that enable students to successfully achieve their educational goals. We follow institutional, state, and federal rules in a legal, ethical and consistent manner. We are part of the Enrollment and Student Success division which supports a student’s entire collegiate experience from the point of admission through to graduation. Using a holistic model, we partner with students, faculty, staff, and community affiliates to provide a network of opportunities and services that lead to student success. Collectively, the division of Enrollment and Student Success positively influences
the health, safety, and well-being of the student body.
