Becoming Global Citizens in Ecuador

This short-term study abroad program will allow students to examine higher education reform in Ecuador and the concept of "global citizenship" from a mulch-disciplinary perspective.The course will provide opportunities to examine current challenges and opportunities, allowing students to experience, scrutinize, and reflect upon these issues in a global context.

The Psychology of Power Authority in Cross-Cultural Leadership: Lessons from Rome

This class uses Rome as a laboratory to explore the complex ways in which power and authority influence leadership. The class uses the rich history of a Rome as a connection point to considerations of these issues as they relate to the higher education context. Classes are taught almost exclusively at sites across the city of Rome including the Colosseum Vatican Museum, Roman Forum, Jewish Ghetto, and many others.
