Qualifications:
FPSY 786 Supervised Field Placement (Forensic Only) (3 Units)
Wednesdays 7:15 - 10:00 PM.
This course entails a small group supervision based on the students' current range of knowledge and current field placement experience. Students will draw upon their knowledge and experience at their sites, integrating theory with practice. Topics addressed will be the breadth of the forensic context, forensic psychology principles, evidence-based practices, and restorative justice.
Qualifications
Clinical, law enforcement or community corrections professional work experience. Knowledge of forensic criminal court proceedings and court ordered assessments, experience with diverse populations in corrections, institutions or out of custody mandated treatment. LMFT, LFCC, Ph.D., Ed.D, Psy.D.
Prior teaching experience preferred.
