Dedham, MA United StatesThe Executive Chef is responsible for managing and overseeing all aspects of food preparation, production, and presentation at the Endicott House in Dedham, MA. This includes ensuring the quality of food products and presentations at various events, including meals, receptions, breaks, and banquets. The Executive Chef will develop menus that align with established standards, current trends, and budgetary constraints. Supervision of the Culinary Staff, managing food costs, and overseeing inventory and equipment maintenance are key components of this role.

MINIMUM REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Associate’s degree in a related field required.
- Minimum of 5 years food service experience required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and familiar with relevant computer software.
- Serve Safe and Serve Safe Allergens qualification must be completed within first 180 days and maintained.
PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
- Experience as an Executive Chef and/or Restaurant management are preferred.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, holidays, and weekends.
- Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Capable of meeting physical demands related to food preparation, storage, and cleaning.
Employment is conditional upon successful completion of a background check and credential check.
Salary Range: $95,000 to $110,000, depending on relevant experience
