About The Position: Assisting the Director with oversight of the day-to-day operations, including the effective supervision of staff, this position will be responsible for abiding by and understanding the rules, regulations, and policies set forth by the Office of the State Comptroller, SUNY, and the campus administration. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, team-orientated individual who can be successful in a fast-paced environment. This position will have an emphasis on the oversight and management of the Regional Procurement Services Program, including employee travel reimbursements, as well as monitoring the payment process in Jaggaer and the New York State Financial Management System to ensure that payments are made as expected. Regional Procurement Services is made up of knowledgeable staff who supports the needs of the campus and provides exceptional service to help our customers fulfill their needs while ensuring a fair and competitive process. The Administration & Finance division provides essential services to our campus, local, state, federal and international customers. We are responsible for human, physical, financial and technical resources. As professionals, we navigate systems in a collaborative and sensitive way to assist the College in achieving its educational mission.
