Reporting to the Vice Provost for Student Life, this position serves as a member of the Student Life Senior Leadership Team. Primary responsibilities include coordination, direction and oversight of student housing and dining operations, student life facility operations, conference and meeting services, summer camps/conferences, and the Creighton Retreat Center efforts. Responsible for long range planning for housing and dining operations, student life facility renovations and expansions, and stewardship of divisional resources. With others, serves as a University Responder on Call when offices are closed including nights and weekends. Responsible for divisional operations strategy including annual operating budget development and capital budget planning.  Establishes annual rates for housing and dining services. Oversight of 15 campus facilities comprised of over 1.1 million square feet of physical space on the Omaha campus, as well as the Creighton Retreat Center in Griswold, IA.  Includes daily operations and support, building services, repairs & maintenance, and renovations. Provide oversight of housing assignments, housing marketing/technology, and summer conference services.  Includes resolution of student housing and dining concerns, contract releases, emergency and crisis management. Provide direction to office of Centralized Reservations and Meeting Services in Omaha, Phoenix and Griswold. Responsible for a $9 million campus food service contract which includes board operations, retail and catering services, as well as the campus vending and beverage exclusivity contracts. Collaborate to provide divisional strategic planning, assessments, and policy development as a member of the executive team.  Serve on designated University committees and special project teams.
