Reporting to the Associate Dean of Undergraduate Programs, the Programs Assistant will play an essential role within the administrative structure of the Lynch School of Education and Human Development’s (LSEHD) Office of Undergraduate Programs (OUP). This position will provide exceptional customer-client service and will be the point person for coordinating and organizing many materials and processes. This position will support OUP with daily priorities and allocating resources to ensure that
undergraduate student academic processes are conducted in an effective and efficient manner.

 

Programs Assistant

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $38,700 to $49,850; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

 

Requirements

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

·Bachelor’s degree.

·1-2 years of progressively responsible experience preferably within a
college or university setting.

·Proficient with Google Suite, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)

·Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines

·Exceptional verbal and written communication skills

·Strong organizational, managerial, interpersonal skills, and exceptional
attention to detail

·Ability to work effectively as part of a team

·Appreciation and ability to work with diverse populations

·Strong client-service orientation

·Knowledge or willingness to learn technology systems including Eagle
Apps, Etrieve, Navigate, Wisr, Canvas, and so forth.
