Job Description

This position reports to the Associate Director, Academic Services. Maintains the academic records for students in Graduate Arts & Sciences, Carroll Graduate School of Management, Lynch School of Education (Undergraduate and Graduate), and Graduate School of Social Work in accordance with university academic policies and procedures. Responsible for the daily processing of academic transcript requests. Supervises student employees. Assist students with questions regarding academic policies and procedures, student records, and degree requirements.

Full-Time Equivalent Hiring Range: $47,500 to $59,350; salary commensurate with relevant experience.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree preferred. Excellent organizational skills and higher education experience preferred. Outstanding interpersonal skills and a strong interest in working with students. Ability to work effectively in a team-based environment.
