As a bakery member of a dynamic production facility, you will have the opportunity to produce high quality breads, pastries, desserts, ice cream and cakes. You will complete or assist in completing general assignments related to the scaling, mixing, cooking/ baking, assembly, and decorating of bakery goods through standards of service and hospitality, ensuring the Notre Dame Community and guests with the very best food and service.

Minimum Qualifications:

 

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• 1-2 years’ experience in a bakery.

• Good math and organizational skills.

• Obtain ServSafe certifications.

• Ability to lift 50 – 100 lbs.

• Must have flexible availability and be able to work overtime when needed.

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

• Cake decorating and high volume dessert production experience is preferred.
