Job Summary

Provide complex office assistance for administration in the operation of Printing and Postal Services. Perform print requests for students, staff, and the outside community. Provide customer service at the front counter.




• Perform related duties as assigned to support the mission of the University

• Utilize current graphic design software and equipment to print and bind projects for students and departments

• Provide customer service at the front desk and on the phone; perform standard clerical and administrative duties such as filing, retail services, etc.

• Ordering supplies for the Print and Postal Department


Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements


• High school diploma or equivalent


Required Experience


• One or more years of related work experience


Preferred Qualifications

Additional Preferred Qualifications


• Familiarity with different types of paper used for printing


Preferred Experience


• Experience with Ricoh and Xerox machines plus software
