Job Summary

The Temporary position works as an Assistant providing routine office support for the Parking and Transportation Office.

Responsibilities

  • Perform related duties as assigned to support the mission of the University
  • Support filed enforcement operations through performance of daily tasks
  • Perform data entry
  • Perform daily cashier functions including accepting funds for parking permits and citation
  • Serve as receptionist; route calls, mail and inquiries
  • Perform daily accounting/bookkeeping and deposit functions
  • Assist with coordination of special event parking

Required Qualifications

Educational Requirements:  High school diploma or equivalent

Required Experience:  One (1) or more years of related work experience

Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities

Abilities

  • Ability to work well in a diverse environment
  • Proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases

Skills

  •  Effective communication skills (oral and written)
  • Developed organization and human relations skills
