Use Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software suite to assist the CRM Manager & Technical Analyst for Enrollment Management with development, maintenance, testing, and troubleshooting of recruitment and retention campaigns to facilitate enhanced communication with prospects, applicants, and enrolled students; build email campaigns; create surveys to track student applicant information including their intent to enroll, and satisfaction assessment of their admissions experience; use the Business Intelligence tools and other databases to assist with writing reports, performance charts and dashboards for the purpose of making evidence-based decisions concerning student recruitment, admission, and persistence.

Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and image manipulation. Some knowledge of effective customer services and problem-resolution techniques when serving diverse internal and external customers. Some knowledge and understanding of relational databases. Demonstrated ability to prioritize work and make workflow decisions. Ability to work independently following established guidelines and procedures. Strong attention to detail, correcting data entry errors, generating and writing reports, data analysis and working with databases.

Some basic report writing experience, some experience analyzing data.
