This position oversees the general administration of the Office of Faculty & Administrative Support Services and provides administrative support to 7 – 9 assigned law school faculty.
Incumbent is responsible for ensuring the readiness of copied course materials to be sold to students for courses taught by assigned law faculty, and unassigned faculty/adjuncts on an overflow basis. In addition, the incumbent must exhibit a thorough knowledge of university policies, procedures, and general information about the office.
At the request of assigned law faculty, incumbent may be required to oversee research or dean’s fellow completion of tasks.
Incumbent supervises all part-time/temporary personnel assigned to the Office of Faculty & Administrative Support Services

Required Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent
3-5 years of relevant experience
Strong oral and written skills are required, as are good interpersonal skills, the ability to prioritize tasks, work well with a variety of individuals under minimum supervision
50 wpm typing speed
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the ability to self-learn new software with a minimum of instruction
Ability to utilize good judgment and discretion as to sensitive or confidential information
Ability to function within a high-pressure environment and meet deadlines
Must exhibit a thorough knowledge of university policies, procedures, and general information
Must maintain composure and interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner
Preferred Education and Experience
Associate's degree or equivalent
Previous professional office experience in a legal or academic environment
