How The World’s Happiest People Generate Joy, Peace of Mind... and Total Life Satisfaction on Autopilot.
In this program, the audience will learn and use lessons from the African dance culture to cultivate a state of inner wellbeing and a spirit of inclusivity, even under the most unlikely conditions - hardly a big bank account, the most diverse of environments, and with just ONE simple inclusivity rule, and one group flow process.
Objectives & Learning Outcomes
1) A Passion for Freedom:
Audience will learn how a culture’s burning desire to be free; physically, mentally, emotionally and psychologically have been scientifically linked to enhanced performance and result to experiences of overall well being. Audience will also see how this phenomena is expressed in real time with dance, and how they can practice with E.A.S.E. - a simple methodology for taking action FAST!
2) How to Hunt for Flow:
See the exact metacognition tool the African dance culture uses to create a connection between the way the mind and the body work together to enter into the state experts have termed “flow” - the psychology of optimal experience.
3) The Synergy of Diversity and Inclusivity:
See how a culture with close to 3,000 different tribes, speaking about 2,000 different languages across ONE region manages to find a common ground - with ONE unspoken rule! A rule that melts all barriers and blur all lines of differences, and has everyone become ONE in unity. How do they do it and what can you learn from it? Audience will learn lessons and the steps necessary to cultivate life-long habits of inclusivity in decision making.
