Developing a Comprehensive Volunteer Contract for Students
Duration: 1 hour
Facilitator: Dr. Charles Hueber
We often slam this generation of students as irresponsible, lazy whiners, but the truth is with a little structure they can be very hard working and productive members of your program board, or res life staff. You simply need to provide detailed expectations and hold them accountable (positive and negative) for meeting these expectations. This webinar will examine a comprehensive example of a well-designed volunteer contract and discuss the benefits of developing a contract for students.
