Whether you have a large or small budget several universal principles should apply to your planning process. This session will examine what building a solid programming budget should look like and what elements need to be included.
- Participants will have a better understanding of the principles of budgeting.
- Participants will be introduced to a budgeting model that has proven successful at multiple colleges and universities.
- Participants will be given the tools to create and implement a similar model at their home institutions.
