One of the benefits of the online training module are the views and opinions of every online participant. Each individual is a unique and valuable resource.
Therefore, what makes the online training module experience so valuable is participating on the discussion board.
The training module experience will be lessened if individuals choose just to read the posted materials and read the online discussion board
postings without actually contributing themselves. In addition, there is an assessment for each section of the Module that the Resident Assistants need to complete.

#4: Is there a way to assess the participation of each Resident Assistant?
Yes, we use the online assessment tool Surveymonkey.com to assess the Resident Assistants grasp of the material covered in each of the nine sections.

#5: Are grades given out at the end of the Module?
Grades, and we would recommend pass/fail, are optional and up to the school. A discussion is held before the Module begins to decide if grades will be give to the Resident Assistants.

The times the Module can be offered are flexible. They can be set-up for the summer, fall or even spring semesters. They are designed to be completed within a 4-5 week time period.

Assistant Training Modules organized?
The training Module is organized like a regular 4-5 week course. There are readings, assignments, and discussion board topics. The Resident Assistant Training Module has a facilitator assigned to the Module to present the course information and guage Resident Assistants participation level.

Pricing is based on the number of students attending the institution. This is a flat-based fee that allows for unlimited number of participants. See pricing chart

Payment must be received before participants receive access to the training module. A purchase order number is a sufficient form of payment. Yes. You will receive a confirmation via email upon registering for a training module. However, your registration is not guaranteed until receipt of payment.

Once payment is received, logon information will be e-mailed to participants 3-5 days before the training module is scheduled to begin.
