And The Winners Are...
The 2009 College Cartoonist Contest has concluded and StudentAffairs.com is pleased to announce the following winners.

FIRST PLACE Bill Richards - University of Georgia Bill Richards, a senior at the University of Georgia majoring in graphic design, is the editorial cartoonist for The Red & Black, the UGA student newspaper. In his spare time he enjoys grilled cheese sandwiches and Les Baxter records. SECOND PLACE Michael Neumann - Goshen College Michael Neumann is a senior art major (graphic design concentration) at Goshen College. Michael and his good friend Mark Hershberger started their own webcomic in 2008 called walkinginsquares.com - which they update weekly between the two of them. Michael also does a weekly cartoon series called 'GreyShirts' for the school newspaper and enjoys creating video games in his free time. THIRD PLACE (tie) Jason Bitterman - Wesleyan University Jason Bitterman enjoys thinking about comics, talking about comics, reading comics, reading about comics, teaching about comics, and drawing comics. THIRD PLACE (tie) Mark Hershberger - Goshen College Mark Hershberger is a senior Art Major concentrating in Graphic Design at Goshen College, and co-owns an online comic named Walking In Squares.
